Turkey, Noodle, Brocolli Casserole

From my own recipe... depends on how much casserole you want to make, as to how much of the ingrediants you want to use.

575 g turkey breast
2 small (or one large) heads of brocolli, chopped to bits, including stem (you're missing out on great nutrients by tossing the stem)
4 cloves of garlic - sliced (Dreas and I are big, HUGE fans of garlic)
1 bag of gourmet pasta (long, thin flat noodles, or bowties work best)
250 g sour cream
32 g of mushroom sauce powdered mix
Poultry seasoning
325 g shredded Swiss cheese (better to use Emmentaler, if you can get it)
Bread crumbs
Butter
Olive oil

Cut the turkey breast into small chunks, and liberally season it with poultry seasoning, add to pan in a little olive oil, to seal the flavor into the meat.
Boil pasta until it's al dente, and drain.  Put back in pot with lid on to keep warm.
Steam the broccoli to al dente.
In a bowl, combine the mushroom sauce mix to the sour cream, and mix well.
Combine cooked noodle, turkey, and broccoli in a large bowl with sour cream mix and mix well, add shredded cheese, and sliced garlic

On stove but bread crumbs into a large frying pan and add a little butter, to brown them.

Place casserole mixture into a casserole dish, and sprinkle with bread crumbs to top it.  Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Presto, a yummy meal for you and your family.  Mahlzeit!!
