Lunch in the Garden

A lovely light lunch in the garden consists of a 2-egg omelet seasoned lightly with salt and fresh ground green pepper, filled with 4 thin slices of spek, 4 thin slices of German Emmetaler cheese, and brown champingnon mushrooms, plus strawberries, and icy cold mineral water.  Delish!!
